Job took 2 months longer than it was supposed to and they were damaged on install.  The owner of the company took no responsibility, never tried to correct the problem, and was a total jerk.  We should have sued them.They would not answer our calls unless we borrowed someone else's phone.  The whole process was a nightmare from start to finish.  Shutters are still damaged.

The sales people were very helpful in selecting the blinds. We were given a large catalog to choose the blinds, and we went with their suggestions. The installer arrived at the house thirty minutes early, and had difficulty removing the curtain hardware because the previous owners had painted over the hardware connections. He was careful not peel paint off the frame. His patience was admirable, and he was finally able to install the blinds. The job was done well, with no charge for the increased time, due to complications.

I went to the shop to pick out the blinds I liked for my den. The sales staff was very helpful in my decision and explained the warranty and showed me many samples. Their prices were pretty reasonable and they told me how to clean and maintain the blinds. The installation was scheduled as soon as the blinds were made and the blind man was right on time. He was polite and friendly, and checked the blinds thoroughly before leaving. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions.
