Challenger Pools

A wonderful guy came out. He gave good advice. The owner came, walked the property, discussed the options, and it was just a great deal with him. I'd give him good ratings on price and courtesy. They're a wonderful company. I liked his feedback on products and they did the work as quickly as he said they would. They did a lot of re-rallying with the plumbing. He came out with another person.

Mr. Pharr called back the same day I called. He made an appointment for the next day to check system at no cost. He gave quote which I thought was reasonable. Came the next day and installedt he motor and pump, cleaned the pool since polaris hadn't been running and lift everything spic and span. Very professional. Thanks Angie.

Went great. Very compassionate and fixed damages without charging me and only charged me for items that could not be repaired. I have used this Company previously and highly recommend them for their professionalism, fairness, and guarantee of all work.

They know everything about the pool because they were the first company to service the pool after it was filled. The guy that cleans the pool is great and the owner is great. They are good people.

David knows his stuff! I have had pool problems every since I bought my home in 2005. I have been through numerous companies and never had a good experience because no one could ever figure out all of the problems. David fixed everything including the leak which other companies wanted to charge me thousands for. I was so pleased with his service that I now use them for my weekly cleaning and all other maintenance.

It did and is going very well! The tech comes every Tuesday within 1/2 hour of the same time, if I have questions he answers them to my level of understanding. He has even cleaned the filter without any increase in prices for monthly. The only thing we've been charged more for is when they had to apply algae killer when they first started. The previous company we had was not adding any chemicals even though they said they were and charging us that way.

They are excellent. They come when they say they will come. I met with the owner the first time out, and he was very nice and very knowledgeable about swimming pools, and I went ahead and hired his monthly service. I have signed a contract with them, and I pay $150 a month. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Great. I not only had them fix my leaking and polaris problem but hired them to take care of my pool on a weekly basis. The owner was very prompt arriving at the requested time, did not charge me for the estimate of the cost to repair my problems and even took time to not only check all of my equipment but give me tips on what I could do to assure the maximum performance of my pool and cut the cost of running it more than necessary. He took his time and was both personable and professional in all aspects. I have complete trust and knowledge that his work is guaranteed but more than reasonable.

I did hire his company to maintain my pool on a weekly basis and am very pleased that the same technician comes out weekly to take care of my pool. He is very personable and knowledgeable about how everything should be working. I would recommend that anyone that needs help with their pool contact this company.

I believe everything went smoothly for us when they came out to install our pool. The base price was okay and we even got to add a few extra features that we wanted. It seems like everyone has a nightmare story about their pools, but we didn't and were overall very happy. I would use them again. I like their employees they did a very professional job.

Challenger Pools came out to our pool. We had very mixed emotions in our dealing with them. The product in the end was certainly satisfactory to us, but the process in getting it was very frustrating. We feel that they didn't live up to the contract for a number of reasons. Most important is that they agreed to have the whole project done within thirty days and it wasn't completed fully until about three months after the day that they started digging it. We were also told that there would be a site supervisor at all times for the different subs and the only time the supervisor came out was when we had to call to complain about something. So this was mostly a bad experience.

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND GOT THE JOB DONE.
