CAMERON'S MOWER REPAIR

During the first visit in March, Jim (the repairman) worked on the motor and told me that the fix may or may not work, stating sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. If it didn’t work he’d have to order a carburetor. It started leaking again so I gave him a call and he ordered the carburetor which was very difficult for him to find because since the mower was so new not all the parts had been listed at the part store yet. Once the carburetor came in he came over and in no time had it replaced and the mower running and so far I’ve not had any trouble with it. Note: The price listed is for both visits including the cost of the carburetor.

Mr Cameron came on time, cleaned the carburetor, changed oil and got it running in record time. Explained how to take care of the lawnmower for the future . Very happy with the service call.

Mr. Cameron was prompt, it did take a couple of weeks to get an appointment as he is a very busy man! He was here less than an hour. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and also did some maintenance that was need. Total bill less than $90. I found this very reasonable and fair and best of all I didn't have to load it up and take it somewhere! He knows his business and came supplied with parts.

Work was completed quickly and efficiently.

He arrived when he said he would. The generator now runs like new. He was prompt, courteous, and quick.

Awesome job. My self propelled walk behind mower wouldn't start. Gave Cameron's Mower Repair a call and left payment and the mower beside the house as instructed and when I returned later that day it was fixed. Convenient, Reasonably priced and reliable.

My mower has been getting TOO hot for the past 2 years.  I catch my grass so each time I would shut off my mower to dump the grass....my mower would have to sit for 30+ minutes to "COOL" down before it would start back up.  Last year I took my mower to 2 different guys.  Each time they replaced either the air filter or spark plug or "cleaned" the carburetor.  Each time I was charged $100.00 and mower was never fixed.  Part of the reason I joined Angie's list.  So I found Cameron's Mower Repair.  I called him up explained what my mower has been doing.  He came out a day after I called.  YES!  He makes HOUSE CALLS!!!!  He took my mower apart and changed the spark plug.  It was still doing the same thing....had to cool down before it would start....there were 2 things he thought it could be.....first, he said NEW carburetor.....he had to order one and said he would come back and install it once it came in.  He stated IF it did NOT fix the issue he wouldn't charge me for the part.  So a week later, the part was in...he came out on July 3rd to install new carburetor.  He said "let me know how it goes and if it doesn't fix it, I will order parts until it is fixed but not charge you for the parts that do not fix it".  The next day, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. I mowed my yard...YES..during the HOTTEST time of the day.  My grass is very thick and grows fast...so I KNEW if it wasn't fixed....I would know.  OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I started the mower 9 different times (each time I dumped the bag of grass) and EACH TIME it started RIGHT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I didn't have to let it set for 30 minutes to cool down!  I am so very impressed with Cameron.  He could have just "cleaned" the carburetor but I told him it had been done before and that didn't fix it.  He was so very nice.  The service call was $65.00.  He only charged me ONCE for that..and I paid for a spark plug and new carburetor.  I have been spending ALOT of money each month hiring someone to mow my yard!  I can now do it myself in a timely manner.  I would recommend Cameron as he really knows what he is doing and makes house calls!!!  He was very prompt in showing up during the time he scheduled.  He gave me a 2 hour window and was there within that 2 hours!

Mr. Cameron comes to the residence or location specified and does all work on site. He was prompt and the lawn mower was repaired, works well. The only down-side to this service is if the weather is inclement, he cannot work on the equipment. This meant we had to reschedule several times but most lawn equipment repair stores quote a wait/downtime between 2-4 weeks. So patience and good weather are a must.

He is very accommodating and will come to your home. He does the work that day and has very reasonable prices.

He showed up at my home on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and told me how to avoid the problem in the future. Very courteous, professional, and efficient. The price was less than what I have paid in the past for similar work and I didn't have to haul the unit to a repair shop. Excellent overall.

He comes to your house, you don't have to go to him or take anything to him. He's very reasonably priced and does a very good job. He also took a look at my generator because it was running rough, and it would have only cost $65 to service the generator as well, but he had to go to another appointment at that time.
