punctual, professional, respectful. From sales: Bill, to on site crew: Victor, and Juaquin were helpful, responsive and dependable.

The workers replaced our roof in a timely manner despite days of rain. We also had a partial gutter replacement in the front of the house where a tree limb had damaged part of the gutter. Overall we are happy with their work and would recommend them to others. They had a comparable price with a better warranty. They gave us the option of two quality/price roofs, where all the other companies that gave us estimates only gave us the pricing for the lower quality roof. And although they didn't try to push the higher quality/better warranty roof, it was the one that we ultimately chose due to the insurance credit we would receive.

Would recommend the roofers use a magnetic tool when finished to pick up old/dropped roofing nails. To date we've found over 200 nails in the grass (mostly) and gutters. Note, the work that was done was very good, we just had an issue with the nails. Update: Mr. Brinkmann sent someone out to follow up regarding the roofing nails and they did make things right, which we greatly appreciate.

It went very well. Jason Brinkman came to the house and spent a long time on the roof, examining the current condition and taking pictures. He then sat down with me and showed me the pictures on his computer. He then thoroughly explained how the roof would be replaced & exactly what I should expect. The job went exactly as he had described. The crew thoroughly cleaned up the entire yard upon completion & I did not find a single nail anywhere. An inspector came over to review the job before I paid the amount owed. Strangely enough, we discovered a rat in our attic the other day (Jan 3) and we weren't sure if it was due to a possible opening (or gap) in the new roof so I called Jason and asked if he could come by and check the roof for any openings. He just left my house & said he did discover one small area with a 1" gap where a rat could have possibly entered my house. He filled the gap with an adhesive & said he would return in a few days to add another layer of adhesive. He was honest by admitting there was a gap & he resolved the issue. He is the most pleasant person to deal with & provides excellent service well, beyond the sale!

The roofers arrived on time, worked throughout the day, with only a lunch break for 3 days. The site was cleaned entirely of debris upon completion of job. Inspection of roof from inside the attic was performed by on-site supervisor and again by company supervisor.

Inspector looked at roof and said the cause of the leak was the flashing (their roofers installed too short) by a dormer window. He gave me a written estimate*(which was also a contract) for approx. 500. I asked about their warranty on the roof that they installed in 2008 and he became slightly adjitated saying their prices were competitive. I asked for an itemized bill of the work to be done and he danced around the question. He explained that someone would call to set up an appt. 2 wks later, while I was at work, I rec'd a voice message on my phone saying one of their workers was in the area and would be doing the job that day. No advance notification was given. Because I did'nt respond, the roofer did not do the job which was ok, but the billing office sent the bill without checking with the roofer as to whether or not the work was done. The main reason we stuck with this company is because of they were the original roofing company and we expect them to honor warranties. Another reason, is this is not a storm chaser company. *this also included other minor work where an addition joined the house. The roofer showed up as rescheduled and spent a good amount of time working on the roof.
