They were very helpful and they helped educate me. They are very expensive. They've got a great reputation and they've got great feedback.

They said that they did not want to charge me anymore because the roof was going to have to be replaced anyway so why spend that extra money at this. So, they were very nice about. They just fixed what they had to fix. It wasn't like these people trying to come through and take advantage of you.

Jason evaluated if we had received hail damage before we submitted a claim which is very important to do. After he had determined that we did have severe hail damage we submitted a claim and he came back and walked with the adjusters during their evaluation. Unlike our neighbor who's roofer showed up quickly and was caught roofing in the rain, Jason made sure he had clear days to replace the roofing. His crews were professional, friendly and wanted to please. Every concern was addressed quickly.

It went very well. Brinkmann employee was professional, courteous, helpful and quick. Work was high quality and clean up was good. Price was very reasonable.

Guys arrived on time. Worked hard-long hours in extreme heat. Good job.

I was not at home, but I assume it went well and I was done on the day agreed upon! Really have net had a chance to see if the leak is repaired or not. Bedroom ceiling is damaged from the leak, so I can’t tell if there has been more of a leak since the repair.

Estimator was very friendly and explained everything. Crew fixed roof while I was at work and was very easy to work with. Price was well below insurance quote.

Roof was completed in 3 days. Crew was very professional. Very pleased.

The workers arrived on Monday morning at 8am. until 8pm. Then they came back Tuesday at 8am and finished installing the roof by 2pm clean up all old roofing.

They replaced a vent on the roof and repaired some of the roofing around the vent as well. It worked out great and it was right where they quoted

Had a small leak around an unused satellite dish. They were able to come out the next day for an estimate, and repair within a couple of days. Removed dish and repaired the water damage underneath. No issues since, and would use again.

Although we had to wait a while for our repairs to begin, all went well. We only had to wait because of the widespread damage of the little mini-tornado that struck our area. Many dishonest shingles were uprooted from their comfortable positions, and exposed for the no good scoundrels they really were. Brinkmann showed up on time and re-roofed our home in just less than two days. Outstanding work. We had to negotiate with the salesman to talk him in to providing us with the TWIA windstorm inspection certificate. Most other bids included the inspection certificate. However, he agreed, and all went well. Brinkmann has my wholehearted endorsement. They did a good job.

We had a roof of approximately 43 squares removed and reinstalled. I paid for a high quality roof and installation and was not disappointed in that. Bill was my salesman and didn't try to oversell me but understood our needs, was very responsive, and applied just the right amount of follow up. I decided to upgrade from the original quote in several areas and am very happy with that installation. If you go with this company and get Antonio's crew, you will be impressed. A premium roof is not inexpensive but I feel that one gets what they pay for. I'm very hard to please and this crew, along with Bill, did just that. We've now got a very nice looking roof with one of the best warranties in the business and it was worth the expense even though I didn't go with the lowest price. These folks are GAF Certified factory installers and that affects the warranty details positively.

My first project of my house renovation began with BRINKMANN ROOFING and what a great experience and i am VERY satisfied and PROUD of my new ROOF ! Bill Kennison came and gave me an estimate , was very professional and within the lower end of 5 estimates ! Brinkmann is one of only 3% certified GAF roofing installers , so i was so impressed i gave a down payment IMMEDIATELY ! I was presented with a packet of all materials , ( insurance , permits , sample roofing , colors , and all other materials which can be used and or upgraded at my choice ! NO OTHER company did this for me and i was allowed to KEEP it for ever , so i could look at it and think about all the colors and such as long as i pleased ! Bill and i had several discussions , some additions were made and adjustments til i got exactly what i wanted , then it was set up for installment soon after ! Being one of only 3% certified installers is important because if a roofer is not certified and u spend $10000.00 on a roof , if something goes wrong with the material , it will NOT be covered by the manufacturer ! This is a KEY element in deciding on who roofs your home ! ( so if any joe blow roofs ur home with all gaf material and it goes wrong somewhere and they investigate , if they did NOT do something they were suppose to do , it is NOT COVERED and the warranty is VOID ! You can get all the stuff u want and pay all the money you want but if they are not certified , it is a waste of money in my opinion as your warranty is never good to begin with from the day its put on ! Brinkmann knows what they are doing ! There was no pressure for extras and or any warranties outside the manufacturers , it was left to me ! I went for the Timber tex ridge row as it is thicker and withstands the same wind rating as the shingles i installed , i find it sickening that all the OTHER companies do not tell you when u buy a 30 yr or 50 year life roof that they are putting on a cut up 3 tab 20 year shingle on your ridge row that has wind rating of 60 mph when the Timberline HD or ULTRA HD roof is 130 mph ~ Bill talked to me about this ! It only makes sense ur most vulnerable place is ur ridge row and why would u pay for a 30 or 50 yr roof and get 20 yr ridge row put on so for just a few more dollars i got the lifetime ridge row which is thicker and better looking ( exact match to my roof ) and covers my ridge vent better than some cheap 20 yr three tab shingle that's cut up ! These TImbertex ridge row caps will withstand the 130 mph wind like the roof and the 20 yr will ONLY stand up to 60 mph ! Best few extra dollars ANYONE could spend and should ! It was my first roof to put on a home and Bill was very patient with me as i am very indecisive and picky ! I called him over and over and he came out several times with no complaints and made me feel very comfortable ! He made me feel as tho i knew him for years , had every document available when he arrived the first time , insurance , permits and samples and all info about the roof ! Of 4 other companies ( so called good ones ) not ONE single one of them could or did this for me , i was given a number , no samples , no info on what they did or was gonna do ! Left me in the dark ! PLUS they were not GAF certified ( PLEASE LOOK THIS UP and its IMPORTANCE ) ONE other important note : Brinkmann uses 6 HAND NAILED NAILS PER SHINGLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY Other company was either 3 or 4 and not HAND NAILED ! I GOT GOOD WORK !!!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE and i was on the property from beginning to end and i did GET 6 HAND NAILED NAILS IN EACH SHINGLE ~! I bought an extended warranty , usually i do not on anything else in life ! However , most other company's offered 2 yrs on their work or so , Brinkmann was already at 6 or 7 yrs and i plan on living 20 plus more years so for a couple hundred more i got a lifetime on the workmanship ! Also, the warranty transfers to one other owner after me , so that is a lifetime for them too ! or 50 yrs whichever comes first ! The extra Brinkmann warranty i paid for which covers ALL workmanship for LIFE Even if they go out of business will transfer to ANOTHER CERTIFIED roofing company automatically this is already set up ! I will NEVER worry about this roof again ! If i lost my roof to some damage tomorrow and had to have it done over again , i would be calling Brinkmann to install the exact same thing ! I would recommend this company to anyone , i had like i said 4 other bids and i would NOT recommend any of them any time of my life ! BRINKMANN IS THE BEST ! What u get : PROFESSIONAL JOB ~ 6 Nails HAND NAILED per shingle ! Buy the better ridge row, timber tex to match the durability of ur roof that u are putting on ! U get all the paper work handed to you which u should be asking for , permits and insurance for the workers ! U get a fair if not better than price / bid ! Honest , no pressure sales , great material , fast work 2 days on MY home , and excellent clean up ! Hardly knew they were there the day after ! Ask for senior citizen discount ! Tell them i referred you or u decided on them because of me ! U will not be disappointed , ask for BILL if in the South Clear Lake Deer Park Pasadena League City area etc ! He is the best !

After several calls, texts, and visits to assess and/or repair roof damage on my 3 story town home the representative indicated on their last visit that their ladder was too short and they could not help.

Crew was on time and efficient. Work was explained by both the crew supervisor and project manager. Was important to use a GAF master elite and triple award winner, Brinkman qualifies as both. Top rated GAF materials used, excellent GAF warranty. Very responsive, came back very quickly to fix a leaking gutter. Have heavy rains right after instal, no problems (not that any were expected). Excellent work, communication and clean up. Would highly recommend without any reservations.

Bill Kinison was fantastic. After speaking with him on the phone, he came out to this house that afternoon and evening to see what was the problem. He went into the attic, diagnosed the problem, and solution. I work for state farm insurance and he was referred to me by 3 associates. when they say you are good, you are great and bill and his company are great!

Options given for leak repair and also gave roof replacement (15+ year roof) estimate. BR presentation was thorough, not rushed. Did not feel pressured. Decided roof replacement with upgraded shingles. BR arrived on time, professional workers, cleaned yard. very happy with result.
