he was hired to repair and remodel building and ending up causing more damage than repair - left workers unsupervised- replaced windows improperly leaving them unfinished and with gaps around them (6-7 in) open to the elements- windows had to be taken out and reinstalled -improperly installed sub floor- installed wrong toilet (when doing this his company damaged antique (1890's) stairwell - installed sheetrock then tried to level building damaging sheetrock - it had to be replaced - drainage was not corrected - provided fraudulent and invalid liability insurance to the city of la porte texas - he walked off the job -- subsequently sued and he lost judgement in my favor -- suit filed in harris county
