Pictures are worth a 1,000 words and I am out thousands of dollars.  This is the final work product of Arturo Hernandez d/b/a Art & Floors and/or Clear Lake Flooring.  As evidenced by the photos, the installation was not aesthetically pleasing (visible slab in several areas, visible nail heads, noticeable differences in plank alignment and symmetry, etc.), the subfloor was not properly floated causing many high and low spots.  The overall installation appears pieced together and far from a professional installation one expects when hiring a "professional."   In addition to the many installation failures,  the installers caused further damage to my property in breaking a door frame, tearing cabinet moulding, and sawing into the stone of a freestanding fireplace.  I incurred additional costs not only in replacing the entire flooring, but in repairing the damages done by the installers of Mr. Hernandez.  This was truly a flooring nightmare!
