Excellent as always - he is very knowledgeable about AC and his prices are very reasonable. We will continue to use him as long as he keeps working! We've used him for over 25 years in two different houses and trust his opinion completely.

Jeff did a great job.  He is a no-nonsense A/C guy who is interested in the customer getting the best value for the money.  Jeff didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need, and he helped us understand what was important to replace now and what we could safely wait on replacing.  The install was completed in one long day, and the units he installed are working well.  We got multiple bids for this work and the Ackles price was by far the best (not for the same equipment brands).

Jeff came out and we looked everything over. It wasn't long and we both had a game plan that was acceptable to both of us. He stayed in contact and told me how everything was progressing. He showed up yesterday like he said he would and installed the new unit inside in our mezzanine and the compressor outside. He is coming back today to install an additional return air that we both thought would make the new unit work better. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship, honesty, and quality.

They had two guys that came in. They took care of everything. Our installation was in the attic above two stories, so they had to take it all the way up there. They did a great job.

He is very honest and straightforward. He doesn't try to rip you off. He could rip you off but he doesn't. He cleaned up after himself and he is professional. He checked the units to make sure they were kicking on correctly. He is great and he almost gives too much information. He runs late sometimes but he will call you.
