A Special Touch Cleaning

It went great. The girls did a great job Jan.2, 2020. I had fifteen people including kids for New Years Day Dinner. After cooking and dinner the kitchen was a mess. The whole house needed a cleaning. They did great on the stove, floors, baseboards, blinds, and stairs, Excellent customer service. They are very professional, punctual, and trustworthy. The girls do a great job.

They break items and do not tell you so you have to find them after they leave. Won't clean items that they are afraid to break. I had to lone my small latter once I found out that if they can't reach it they don't clean it. Don't use them if you want to experience what I have....

I called for a 1 time cleaning. It took over a week to coordinate. A last minute cancellation got me scheduled for a 1pm cleaning. Showed up @ 2:30 after I called @ 1: 45 for status. I was told for 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room--~ 1 1/2 hrs @ ~60/hr plus tax. The 2 woman did a fabulous cleaning job. BUT, only the small bathroom and living room got completed in 2 hrs 15 min. The quality should be fabulous for the amount of time spent in 2 rooms. Do not recommend due to such an inaccurate estimate and trouble scheduling problems.

Excellent customer service. They are very professional, punctual, and trustworthy. The girls do a great job. I have 3 large hairy dogs and a cat that are inside animals. They work very hard and the whole time. When they leave my house it looks and smells great. Concetta does not hesitate about changing her schedule if possible to accommodate me. I have used A Special Touch for years and would not change. Great company

They cleaned up and down stairs and vacuumed the stairs. I have three dogs and a cat. Lots of hair. They always leave my home sparkling clean. Have used most maid service in the past. This one is the best,

A very poor job of cleaning windows - Glass smeared - multiple places missed - Used rag mop - No squeegee at all. Time to do job took twice as long as estimated so cost was twice of what was anticipated. Requested receipt - never received

Concetta was able to work me into the schedule for a first time cleaning just in time to host a large birthday party. The house is 4,000 sq ft and it took them a little over 4 hours but they SCRUBBED the house from top to bottom. My husband even commented when he got home that the house seemed clean before but now it "shined." Blanca and her team came in and after a walk through of the entire house, the got to work and worked efficiently the entire time. They paid special attention to areas of concern and went back to fix anything missed (which was only an under sink trash can). And my carpets have lovely vacuum lines. I highly recommend A Special Touch.

It went great. They were on time and did a great job. Concetta always tells me, "If there anything special I want done just let her know".

I was notified before arrival. Four ladies arrived to clean my home. They were professional and ready to get started. I was a little concern about the price before services was rendered but I am please to say the job completed was well worth the cost. The ladies started up stairs and worked their way down stairs. I was asked if I had any special instructions concerning any special product for my wood floor/ furniture as well as my tile floors. The ladies clean my crystal and etc... My base board were clean very nicely and there was no dust to be found. The oven and refrigerator was really clean. They moved stuff to clean; I was really impress. I never write reviews but I was happy to comment about this cleaning service. Yes I did schedule a monthly service with them.

I can not thank Vanessa and her crew great job.  I did not asked them to do aything different that what they are use to doing. And to my surprise I can not find anything not done.  I would recommended them to anyone

Wonderful service. As a new customer they returned calls promptly and fit us into their very busy schedule at the last minute. The team arrived on time. My husband let them in and by the time I got to the living room the were busily pulling up the large area rug and moving furniture out of thei way. No cleaning around things! The ladies were pleasant and professional. By the time they finished the house was spotless. From ceiling fans to wooden blinds they didn't miss a thing! The owner followed up later to make sure we were happy with their work. I felt that I got my money's worth and booked them for biweekly service.

Most of the time, they did a good job with cleaning when they showed up.  But lots of turn-over and illnesses interfered with their staffing and I was often left in a lurch when they didn't show up or called at the last minute to re-schedule.  They had many new people constantly and so I asked that they keep a record or notes on how to clean my house like other house cleaning services do.  They never got around to doing this and I had to constantly repeat instructions about what and how to do things.  Using them became a constant hassle and when they called to tell me they were increasing their price, I decided to discontinue their service.

Horrible experience. I wanted to buy a special cleaning as a house warming present for my son buying a new house. The conversation I had with MaryJo initial went great, she told me their price, what all they could do and we set a date. She was to call my son to coordinate the time. On the date of service, she had told my son they would be there at 10am. One hour later, they still had not shown up, nor had they called. This was the start of ruining my son's schedule for the day. They are having service people, etc in and out of the house all week and working themselves, so someone being this late caused a domino effect. When I found out at 11am, they hadn't shown up, I called MaryJo myself. The excuse I got was they were short staffed and running behind, she said she would call my son to reschedule after she figured out what they were going to do. They rescheduled for 5pm. This is the only place I am a little sketchy about, I believe they called my son telling him they were running late yet again. After rearranging his whole day behind them, my son finally told them to just forget it. The cleaning needed to be done that day, that was the only time we had. Now, it won't be done at all. I am very, very, very unhappy about this and will NEVER recommend this service to anyone.

We couldn't have been happier. They were very good. We're already going to use them again.

Great, except for the mopping on the kitchen.

I engaged Special Touch as a new customer to do a make-ready cleaning for my condo for sale. They were able to accommodate me the first thing following morning. Arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the day. I had neglected to empty all of my kitchen cabinets and they worked around my mistake. A very good job all the way around. This was all accomplished over hte telephone very professionally. If I had been present, I might have been able to more clearly make my wishes known.
Very nice customer care and service. I would highly recommend.

They came in and went right to work. I walked around with one of the ladies and told her what I wanted done. when they where done I was very pleased with the work. They moved everything and dusted every crack and corner, I don't think they missed a spec of dust. They also cleaned the blinds, baseboards and wiped down each door. The cost is a little more per hour the first few times then I was told it would be about $85 each time starting on the third visit. They did a whole house clean cheaper than I've seen others charging but maybe that's to keep you as a steady customer, If that's the case it worked, I will continue to use them. The only reason they scored lower than perfect was because they was about 15 minutes late showing up which was no big deal when I got a quality job. I highly recommend them. They cleaned some much better than ones I've used in the past and if I get this quality each time I will be using them for a long time.

I have used Special Touch Cleaning for 6 plus years. They come and clean every 2 wks..  The crews are very good at detailed cleaning.  I have 3 dogs and a cat and they do a great job of cleaning my house. My daughter tells me she can walk into my house and tell it's been professionally cleaned.
