I spoke with a very nice woman on the phone on 5/20/2014 regarding a series of three large paintings I wanted mounted on a curved staircase. The ceilings were very high and the art rather heavy so I was nervous about placing them myself or having them damaged in the hanging process by someone else. They set up an appointment very quickly, only 2 days wait! Their crews came promptly and were dressed professionally. They had the artwork up in approximately 45 minutes to my exact specifications and handled the artwork with care. I was very pleased with the service they provided and would not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to friends.

They were excellent. The staff that scheduled our move were very responsive and helpful, and the total cost of the move came out almost exactly as quoted.
They provided a crew of 5 men for the move, all of whom worked the entire time (no one sat around slacking or wasting time). They covered all the furniture with padding and clear wrap so nothing got dirty or banged up. They were quick, efficient and we had zero problems with the move - nothing missing, nothing scratched or dented, and everything moved into our new house, exactly where we asked them to. We even had to have them move a couple of pieces of furniture around in the new house, and they happily did it with no complaints or bad attitude.
We were very impressed with the crew, would definitely recommend them, and would definitely use them again if we ever move again.

My experience was very good. I had used them a few times in the past. I had difficult furniture to move and they were able to get things upstairs without damaing anything.

They were recommended them to me and they did an excellent job. I think they charge $150 an hour. They worked with me and they were very willing to rearrange things or move things around like if I wanted things in a certain way and if I wanted them to move them to a different place they were just very accommodating.

The guys that come out are polite and courteous. They don't rush me and they stay energetic and efficient throughout the move. They are professional and fast.

They worked really hard and did a good job. We had used their services before too. I would recommend them to others.

Scheduling was a snap. I filled out a form that included sq footage of existing home, number of rooms, appliances, lawn care machinery, approximate number of packed boxes to move, etc. Brenda, the dispatcher, called me the same day and confirmed a date. The next day, I received a bid which was different than most bids I'd received for moving (I've moved 8 times). The quote was in hours, not a flat rate, and I was told there would be on truck (BIG) with three men. The arrived on time, on the dot, worked non-stop (except for when we fed them lunch), stopped to tell us of existing damage to furniture (good idea) and allowed us to do things at the new location (like put felt pads on all furniture legs that we wanted) that I wasn't expecting. Also, most furniture was wrapped in commercial cellophane to avoid knicks and dings. I gotta get me somma that stuff! This company is hands down the best I've ever dealt with. They moved us from a 2100 sq ft home to a 3000 sq ft home in just under 7 hours all in and knocked off 1/2 hour because we fed them lunch! We contacted Navarre from a referral I received from a co-worker who also sang their praises. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HOW CAREFULLY THE MOVERS HANDLED ALL OUR BELONGINGS. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND SEEMED VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN THEY AGREED TO MOVE OUR RABBIT HUTCH. THESE GUYS ARE VERY HONEST. NOTHING WAS BROKEN OR MISSING!
