Josh was responsive and on-time. He came out and painted the flashing and roof vents. Still had issues with my HOA as they did not agree with the color. Called Josh again and he said he would repaint it the color I need it at no additional cost. I plan on getting my roof replaced in the next 3-4 months and I will definitely us JD Roofing to do the job. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

I had a leak this morning and gave Josh a call. He set a time window and arrived ON TIME to diagnose the problem. Fortunately for me there was a short break in the rain and he was able to address my problem efficiently and at a reasonable rate. I used him last year for an issue with my master bathroom vent leaking and I must say that his service is still GREAT!

Hired JD Roof for roof vent installation. Gave free estimate and provided sound advice on which type of vent would make the greatest difference. The installation was completed in just under 2 hours. Overall good service.

Josh was very respectful and punctual. We found him through Google and went with him because of his good reviews. When we called him he made it a priority to come out to look at the issue within 20 mins on a weekend. Over all we have no complaints, he fixed the problem and took pictures of his work so he could show us before and after. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Josh was able to come out the same day and inspect the roof. The work was done the next day. Some other companies had a waiting list that would have taken weeks. Josh was very punctual and the project was finished very quickly. I would definitely hire again.

Josh replied promptly to my text, came at 7 am to take a look and did the work the following day. He took pictures of the damaged areas and then took pictures of the areas after repair so I could feel confident all had been handled. His price was fair and he acted professionally the entire time. When I replace my roof he's the guy I'll be calling.

Every time it rained heavily our ceiling in the master bedroom would leak. At first we contacted a general contractor and he could never find a problem. Called JD Roofers and within 10 min he knew exactly what it was. He arrived right on time, took his shoes off at the door, acted professional and courteous. What I REALLY appreciate is that he didn’t even charge us for the repair until we were sure it didn’t leak after the next heavy rain. Highly recommend!!

It went great. Josh with JD roofing was very responsive. What I appreciated the most is that after he came out the first time and fixed the issue he told me to check the attic the next time it rains and call him if I see any dripping which I did and he came immediately and fixed the problem with no extra charge and it didn’t happen again. I appreciated that he came out again and honored his warranty.

Excellent! They relieved a lot of my stress. Inspection/quote process was booked according to my schedule. The repairs were done on Saturday so I didn’t have to take off work. They did an excellent job. Overall experience was awesome!!!
