Jermaine and his crew did a tremendous job on our bathroom remodel. I would highly recommend their services for any bathroom remodel. His team is friendly and does good work. Jermaine is a very personable contractor and did great work.

It was an excellent experience. They were excellent people.

Their initial renovation work (large walk-in glass shower and walk-in closet) was so great that we had them do additional renovations including a second walk-in shower. I was so impressed with Jermaine that I hired him as our general maintenance company for on-going maintenance and any issues that arise. Reliable, BUT the best thing--- on time and on budget (where estimates were involved. All renovation work was exemplary, not to mention how great the new baths looked afterwards.

They did a very good job. They were very good and top rate contractors.

We had several contractors come out and provide quotes. Jermaine was the only one who truley exhibited the love for his craft. While going through the design process, we talked about several different options and layouts. He was accommodating and helped me understand what would work and what wouldn't. Once the design was finalized, the quote quickly followed. Once signed, Jermaine and his crew quickly got to work. All the best laid plans run into speed bumps occassionaly, but Jermaine was able to adapt quickly and get things back on track. He stayed on budget, and was even able to accommodate several of my last mintute changes and additions. Jermaine and his crew strive for customer satisfaction and I will be hiring New Dynamic Renovations again when it's time to do my kitchen!!

Jermaine Williams was very accommodating to meeting our needs within our budget.  He also finished within the promised timeline.  We are very happy with our new bathroom!  It looks beautiful and the larger shower is great.  He also updated our other full bathroom with tile, paint, and new fixtures.

After 18 months of looking for a contractor we finally went with Jermaine. Reason being, we were literally able to "put" our hands on some of his previous work. Instead of just giving recommendations, he provided places to go!

His prices were competitive, not to low, not to high. His contract was an easy read, protecting both parties. His payment terms were more than acceptable, wanting 50% / 25% / 25%, with the last 25% help until AFTER the punch list was finished.

Did I mention he accepts credit cards as well?

On starting the project his guys put protective paper on my living room wood floors, plastic over the bedroom carpets and plastic drapes over the doors, all to help protect from the demo. When doing the demo, they took very special care of the other flooring and did not run wheel barrows through the house, potentially hitting furniture and door jambs.  

We were so pleased with the bathroom that while here we had him do the woodwork and built ins in the master closet.
