Pat and his team did a great job for us. He met our schedule and completed as promised. Our system was not the easiest to replacve and Pat walked me through the options and pricing points. I highly recommend him for his pricing and service.

They are pretty good. Their pricing seemed competitive. They have very good communication. They seem to actually care about the work that they do. They want to make sure that the customer understands what work is being done and why it is being done and what possible things could go wrong. They actually suggested that I not use them, which I felt was pretty cool. There was a warranty issue. They've asked me if I have home warranty and I said yes. They said I should use them, whoever they send out, because it is going to be a lot cheaper to do that. Basically they lost out on a bunch of money, because they told me to go with somebody else, just because I happened to have a home warranty. I thought that was pretty upfront for them to do something like that.
