 + -1 moreThey told me it was going to take 3-5 days for them to order the parts. Being in Houston, this does seem very odd being a big city. They stopped returned my calls, I had to contact my home warranty about this. They told my that they didn't have permission to order the part until 11.14 to order the part, and I later found out that the warranty company authorized the part on the 11/11. I last spoke to Angel AC on the 11/12, they told me they had to get the part from Austin and that shouldn't have taken more then 3 days. Now it's 11/22 and I haven't heard from them in days. I have made several attempts to text and call to get this resolved. My home warranty has reassigned to a different provider. It's now 2 days from Thanksgiving, and we have been doing dishes by had since the 11th.
Description of Work: Dish washer diagnosis on 11/10, my home warranty have authorization to order the part and do the repair work on 11/11.

 + -1 moreThe tecnician left saying that he needed parts on teh shelf to fix the issue. FOr 5 days we have been waiting for him to show up. We called teh office and all they accept is text messages that they never replied to for 5 days. We are interrupting the service with them and ask money back. The most unprofessional contractor we have ever worked with.
Description of Work: The contractor was called to fix an external AC unit.

 + -1 moreVery rude, no responsibility and no expertise at all. I doubt if they really know what thy do except collecting money without doing the job. There was another review shared very similar experience about the fan cleaning scam. Stay away from Angel A/C!!!
Description of Work: They are the contractor of my home warranty. Our upstairs A/C did not work very well so I contacted my home warranty. The 1st time they came, without checking my AC indoor at all, just told me the fan outside needs cleaning, and my home warranty doesn't cover it. So we paid $275 to clean the fan, and the $75 service fee; The 2nd time: The A/C completely stopped working 1 week later, so I called again. They told me they would come between 2 and 5, but didn't show up until 7pm with no apology, no call notification about the delay. And told me it is a new problem, so I need to pay $75 again when they come back next Monday with new electricity board. The 3rd time, they came Monday and requested the $75 before starting job. Changed the board and the A/C started work so they left. But the A/C stopped working 2 hours later, so I called again. The 4th time, stopped by and told me some old wire was loose and they tied up, and it will cool down soon. I waited 3 hours and it didn't happen...
