2. Took at least 3 weeks before job was started.
3. Job was started, not finished. Left huge mess in yard (did not haul away broken/rotten fence.) Not contacted by person leading the crew.
4. The owner shows up on a Sunday, after a number of phone calls, apologizing for previous crew. Took another week or so to finish job.
5. The new gate was poorly installed. Cannot open without having to move the rock border on the adjacent flower bed.
The holes were not drilled for the metal pin in the driveway. No handle put on the gate. Job was not cleaned up - nails and dirt left. Phone calls were not returned. Although the check was cashed in plenty of time. Spouse gave up and fixed part of it himself.
Would not recommend. Very disappointed, as we had chosen to hire local instead of out of Houston. Used ratings on Angie's list to find them.
