It went terrible. The breaker blew again just a few hours later. When I called them to dispute the charges, I was never called back. I called another electrician, who came promptly, on time and diagnosed the problem, which they failed to do, in about 30 seconds. It was dangerous, wet Sheetrock, wet wires. The men sent by Penny did nothing but leave me with a dangerous situation. I would never recommend them to anyone.

What a pleasure it was working with these guys. They braved high waters to come out to help after we lost power (and consequently well water, AC, internet). They assessed the situation rode the waves back out, picked up equipment extremely quickly and drove through the waters back here again. I called the TXNM utility while they were here. And he came quickly too. I settled up with the electricians and then they stayed to make sure that the utility guy was OK with the repairs. That was impressive and very professional. Everyone left happy. I was impressive with the attention to detail and the tidy workmanship. I look forward to employing them on future projects.
