Pool Doctor

Dan came out that morning so he could order next day parts by noon if he had to. Well, it turned out not to be a bad motor - but more importantly he did not just sell me one because I thought I needed it, he looked at the problem and took care of the REAL issue. He fixed it right there, replaced a faulty gasket - re-primed the pump and also tightened up some other plumbing fixtures as well. When that was done, he ran the filter through all cycles to make sure all was golden. The response time, the professional conduct, the fast service all just won me over - no need to call a large outfit company out of Austin, San Antonio - The Pool Doctor makes house calls! We are going to use him whenever we need pool repairs. The advice on care of the sand filter (how to increase the usable life of the sand), what to expect from the repairs and what to expect for the age of the equipment all made my life a bit easier. The Pool Doctor is an excellent resource. He is very knowledgeable of most operating systems of both swimming pools and spas. He was tenacious in getting to the root of the problem and repairing it quickly. He is able to get parts in two days or less. He was able to fix the pool with no difficulty. The spa problem was a bit thorny (even the spa manufacturers were having difficulty diagnosing the problem). He had to replace a pressure switch and fine tune the adjustment. The circuit board had to be replaced and he was able to get the part and fix it within 3 days. I have not had any problem with either the pool or spa since. He has pride in his workmanship and will stick with the job until it is done to both the customer's and his satisfaction. He even called after a few days to insure everything was still OK after the repairs. The Pool Doctor goes the extra mile to insure his work is complete, safe and fairly priced.
