Our Trane heat pump was running constantly and wasn't generating much heat.  We received fast and excellent service!  The technician came out the same day that I called.  David inspected the entire system, added a liquid sealant to the heater coils to reduce potential leaks, and added refrigerant.  Even after 18 months, the unit runs much quieter and has been using much fewer kilowatts per month than before it was serviced.  We'll definitely use Hill Country Refrigeration again!

Since the service call done by Hill Country Refrigeration our utility bill has been lower, no doubt due to the leak they discovered and repaired. In addition, the unit is running much quieter than before.

They are a great company to work with.

We had an excellent person and excellent group that worked with us. We never had a problem with them. But we felt like they over charged it. They've always been reasonable. They were very responsive and they really going to take care of their customers and I think they can be trusted. They're not going to come out to charge you for things they don't do or don't need to do. I would use them again in the future.

The serviceman called before he came to my home.  He went to work right away.  The technician explained his work to me.  As always, I am pleased with the clean neat staff.  This company has very courteous workers.

Very professional. Called and asked for estimate. A representative came out the next day looked at the project and emailed an estimate the same day. The workers came out the next two days and completed the project. The two technicians were very friendly, answered all of our questions, cleaned up at the completion and overall exceeded our expectations.  This company was a real pleasure to deal with.

They were very professional.  Work was done with skill and speed and we had the Air going three hours after they had arrived at our home.

We have been having a droute here in Texas  with temperatures over a 100 degrees  for over 80 days.  Our old unit just could not stand the up under the pressure.

If everything goes in the future as well as it has with purchase and installation we will be very happy campers.

After determining that we needed a new system this past Tuesday, we were advised of the possibilities for replacement..  We agreed on a unit with additional accessories.   They arrived Friday morning at 8:30 and started right to work.  They were respectful of our home.  They were quiet and did not play radios.  They cleaned up the debris from their work.  They explained to me the operation of the new unit and showed me how I could determine when parts needed to be cleaned.   

This was warranty work that was promptly performed as scheduled with the same efficiency that we have enjoyed in our relationship with this company since they installed our HVAC system.  The Ottmers Family and their technicians have always demonstrated integrity and have immediately performed repairs (which were seldom) as soon as possible when called, even on weekends. They are real professionals and first class.  I am glad to recommend Hill Country Refrigeration to anyone located in the Texas Hill Country.
