"I always return calls and emails. The completion of some projects is completely dependent upon weather. On this job in particular we moved 2000 lb + blocks into the back yard without tractor access, requiring dry conditions. After this job was completed the client wanted us to return to add a steel border that was not appropriate in the front yard for the intended purpose. In this situation I declined to do that given that we are dedicated to quality, function and visual appeal of what we install. The clients expressed that they were pleased with the job prior to they requested that I do something I was not willing to do."
