Our experience with Falco Pest Management was fantastic! Our tech, Matt was kind and extremely knowledgeable. We had an ant infestation in our upstairs kids playroom. Not only did Matt take the time to thoroughly explain his process, his ant control treatment thoroughly killed the colony and all other pests throughout our home. We were very satisfied with his services. We recommend Matt and Falco Pest Management to anyone who's in need of pest control services!

The experience was excellent. Really. I was planning an outdoor party long distance and needed the large yard sprayed for bugs, mosquitoes so that the spray was not smelled at the time of the event but still effective. I contacted Falco by email and Matt returned my email quickly. We discussed the scope of work and he counseled me when to spray for maximum effectiveness. He also saved me $$, compared to another Fred company, by spraying only once. (The competitive company urged me to spray twice.) The day of the work the technician arrived exactly on time and was VERY courteous. He did the work efficiently and effectively. The proof was that no one mentioned bugs or mosquitoes at the event. Great, great job, Matt and team!

We have had problems with scorpions and mice. Falco comes out every 3 months and we have had no other problems.

So far so good. It took a few trips, but they did solve our problem. The men took extra time to make sure they were treating this ant properly. They only treated the outside because I did not want the inside treated. They told me it might take a while, but they did solve the problem.
