The job went beautifully. Ricky Durst and his crew gave us overall expectation right from the beginning, and gave us daily reports and daily expectations as to amount of work that would be completed. They were consistently on the mark at meeting all deadlines. Ricky provided written information and called us with summaries each day. He even provided a porta potty for his crew to use.
His crew was amazing too! So professional, organized, careful of yard and plants, friendly and hard working.
They did not request a down payment before starting the job. His estimate was comparable to the other 3 estimates we received and his work was EXCELLENT.
We could not be happier with the experience. Absolutely excellent work, service, communication, follow up, timing, quality and customer service!
