Its my first time to ever post anything negative about any company! Affordable movers in Fredericksburg Texas floored me! Left my family devastated! I am the one who wrote the check I paid for it and when they caused all the damage to my belongings and my family's possessions, and everything that I hold dear they quoted that they have insurance they would have to pay by the pound but they would rather pay out of pocket and it would not be a problem, to take pictures and send them by emil and they would reimburse! Sent email with photos of dented damaged ruined belongings that the movers either purposely or unknowingly damaged from being not trained properly are just hiring trash I'm just not sure yet but I was told that I was a liar I did not pay for 4 days after the move and clearly I paid because I have a cleared check for 2,141.00 to affordable movers with a tip with a very generous tip for the quality of service I might add they insinuated that we caused the damages and not them since they're the ones who put all the of the belongings in the storage after unlocking the storage for the first time I had to take a deep breath and call on Jesus for help because these people ruined some belongings that cannot be replaced cannot be purchased they have sentimental value that they have completely ruined. They brag that they are the best movers in Fredericksburg Texas... My self and my family would highly disagree.'. merely asking for a portion of the damages and clearly it offended the owner who is not truly the owner that said they would take care of it! If you choose affordable movers you have made the biggest mistake of your life in my opinion!
