General Remodeling
Mr. Stevens provided a preliminary estimate of costs. It was fair and reasonable. He offered very helpful suggestions and recommendations on materials and design. His estimate of time for completion was dead on. After a day of work, he adjusted his estimate of total cost and this became the final bill. His experience, skills, punctuality, professionalism and courtesy resulted in a very rewarding transaction. The veranda cover looks terrific and further enhances the appearance of the house and property. Mr. Stevens finished on time and the bill did not exceed the estimate. I have no fears that another comparable wind storm will damage the structure. It is built to last. Paladin Builders rates a "Highly Recommended" from me.
