Over the years we had several complaints but were always given a great response. At one point, we even had the cell phone number of a technical supervisor (because she lived only a few blocks from us). HOWEVER, when we moved and called in to cancel service we were immediately shunted aside. We had to return all equipment to the office (Waukegan, IL) ourselves as they would not pick it up. Between the time we called and the cancellation date, our service became erratic. TV reception was sketchy. Luckily the internet and telephone service remained active until the end. Over the years, we noticed that service really declined when Comcast became Xfinity. We had been told for years that we could no longer use our Comcast email and were told that when I called to cancel service. HOWEVER, there was a new policy that DOES allow you to keep your email account but I had to go to third and fourth tier technical support in order to get that resolved.
