How this guy stays in business is beyond me. Harold specifically told me that if I had any problems with my mower, that he guanteed his work and would return if I had any problems. The very next time I started the mower, it was back exactly the way it was before he and quot;fixedand quot; it. I called him and he returned to fix the mower. After about 5 minutes he announced that I had a bad solenoid and that he would order it and have it delivered directly to my house. After 2 weeks with no part and no mower I called him and he agreed to come out the next day and fix the mower. He never showed up. After numerous calls I finally got in touch with him and he said that he had been and quot;sickand quot;. No call to say he would not be able to make the appt. He agreed to come out the next morning and fix the mower. He never showed up. Now he will not return any of my calls.

Mr. Lyons showed up on time and promptly identified what needed to be done to complete servicing the lawnmower. He advised against having him attempt to repair my weedeater - something I truly appreciate because the parts were going to cost more than a new model.

Mr. Lyons arrived a day later, replaced the switch, and made sure I tested it out. He's quick and dependable--and kind.

The technician was a little hard to understand over the phone and he had to come back once, but the overall experience was positive. He showed up on time (both the first and second times) and was professional. He even gave me some tips (that were not in the owners manual) on maintaining my mower. Price and punctuality were MUCH better than Sears.

Excellent, and he provided a 30 day warranty.

This is great! I didn't have to load up the chipper/shredder and haul it to and from a repair shop. He came and did the repair the next day. No waiting weeeeeeeeeeks for the repair shop to get to it. I called and it was ready to work again within days. Fantastic.

Called them this morning and left a message. He called within an hour, was at my house in less than a hour and completed the work on my lawnmower in thirty minutes. Can't beat that kind of service

Left message Sunday at Noon. Received a response a few hours later. Set an appointment for the following Wednesday morning. Arrived early and started working immediately. Finished in an hour or so and had recommendations for maintenance going forward. About as good as it gets for me.

They were very good. They would come to your house to repair lawn mowers.

My mower had not been used in several years and wouldn't start. After trying everything I knew to get it going, I called Mr. Lyons of Veteran's Mobile Lawnmower. He came out the next day and had the mower going in less than thirty minutes. The best part was I didn't have to take the mower somewhere for repairs!

Overall I would use Harold again. The price was right and he really knows his stuff. I will agree with the last review and say it took him awhile to call me back after my initial call (3 days) but other than that he showed up when schedule and even a little early.

The service was completed in a timely manner (30 minutes) and my mower runs like a champ. Harold filled the gas tank up, evne though we did not mow.

Our riding mower has been down for about 2 years. Transporting it is expensive and a pain so I wanted to find someone to come to my home and get it running again. The man works out of his home and uses a panel truck. He looks a bit scruffy, but he really knows his stuff and that is what is important. After taking some items off the mower and doing some cleaning, adjusting and spraying, he got it started. He rode it out to his truck and up a makeship ramp to the back of the truck. Then he put air in the tires, sharpened the blades, and changed the oil. Finally, he gave me some recommendations for the type of oil to use and told me to trash the stuff I had. He also told me to use 89 octane gas and not 87. We have 1/3 acre and immediately mowed it. The machine ran fine. But when I went to trim where that mower couldn't reach, my small push mower let out with a grinding sound. I thought I'd dislodged a bearing and called him. He was back the next day and fixed it within an hour. Considering that he got both jobs done the first time and saved me the three months that other mower repair places tell me I'll have to wait, I was definitely satisfied.
