Not very well. I felt like I was being held hostage for more money if I wanted the other one done. When the Tech called his "manager" he would not budge on any solution other than pay up , get a SMALL discount or too bad. I felt they were in on a shake down scheme with clients.

Arrived on time. Phillipo explained the problem, we agreed on price, and he proceeded to execute the repair. The repair included removal of a broken spring, installing twin springs (improvement) as well as replacing steel rollers with nylon rollers. The entire operation took about one hour, and the door operates properly (and quieter).

My husband closed the garage door down on our bike rake. It looked like the door might need 
to be replaced. The top support bars were mangled and the door was too bent to open or close.
It happen late Friday afternoon and because we were happy with them in 2011 I called. They arrived
at five as promised. Robert explained what he could do to get it working and we were happy to hear
that he could bend it back in place. After lots of bending it he put a couple new pieces on it to reinforce
the top panel and it works fine now. The defect is pretty minor looking. We were very happy with
the service and the price. The office also called with a follow up.
