We were charged a $4200 cancellation fee for nothing! We were not told about a 15% cancellation fee that was one sentence buried in the back of their contract. They also failed to tell us that we would have an electric bill as well as a solar bill. We tried to cancel due to my job loss with covid, and were threatened with legal action and $600 an hour lawyers. We could have fought them, but it would have potentially cost us more to do so. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
