Zachary Stoughton, Piano Technician

Our piano was in dire need of tuning. After multiple moves and lots of use over the years, it was in need of help. After phoning another Angie's List member for services, I was referred to Mr. Stoughton. He promptly returned my call and we scheduled the tuning for the same week and on a Saturday no less. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was kind enough to work through all of the noise in our house that day and it took about 2-3 hours. As he worked, you could hear the piano sounding better! It sounded wonderful when he was finished. He was considerate and pleasant to chat with. He guaranteed his work as well in case anything seemed off when we played it in the next week. He said he would come back out to check it if needed. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with him and we will use his services again when we need our piano tuned.
