They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They went beyond what was necessary, helped me solve a problem and cleaned up after themselves on a cold day. I highly recommend them.

Zach said leak was fixed and we were told that main line was flushed. After he left, the next morning we noticed wet spots in yard around another zone. The fix apparently broke the main shut off valve and after looking at water meter we realized it was actively leaking with the system off. Had to shutoff main water supply at street and have been trying to contact company for over 24 hours with no response. Would like to be able to revise review if we get contacted but seems we might be forced to hire someone else to fix the issue caused by this company.

I've been using Zach since the elder Zach worked for another sprinkler installer in Fort Worth in the 90's. He was their troubleshooter for complex systems - we had a full acre with a pressure tank system. Used the 'other' company Zach used to work for when we moved back to Fort Worth in 2010 - new faces and poor work. After one of 'their' replacement valve controllers started leaking for the third time, I started looking for someone else. Saw 'Zach Sprinkler Repair' on the side of a truck on Bryant Irvin, and called that number. Zach showed me what the other company had done wrong - put the controller next to a large tree root, which caused the leak by slowly moving the controller box. Moved the box, and it hasn't leaked since. They always show up on time, call the day before to confirm, install systems thoughtfully, and cheerfully fix other installers mistakes, for reasonable prices. If everyone was this skilled, reliable and honest, there would be no need for Angie's List.

I can't say enough good things about the service that I received from Cody and Zach. Another repair service had tried and failed to find the problem, finally giving up and telling me it would be cheaper to put in an add-a-zone and giving me a quote with a warning that it could run higher. I then called Zach's. When they ran into the same problems as before with weak signals and tree roots, Cody also said it might require an add-a-zone,but gave me an estimate of about 1/3 as much as the first quote. He came back 2 days later, bringing Zach to add his expertise. Eventually, their efforts found the valve box for the zone and they were able to fix the wiring problem. Even though they spent several hours over two visits, the final bill was slightly less than their estimate.

It went great, Cole & Zach came by and I was expecting to get an estimate, but instead they performed all the needed work right then and it was done amazingly fast.  Their price was fair for a system that hadn't been used/maintained in years and I really appreciated their professionalism, speed and integrity!

They discovered that it needed only a minor adjustment at the valve that turned the system off or on. Although they were between a couple of scheduled jobs, they quickly made the adjustment that stopped the leak and did not charge us as their work was still under warranty.
They were able to go to the second job as scheduled.

When Zach and Cole arrived at my home, they diligently went right to work, debugging the issue I was having. They quickly discovered a cut wire that had disrupted our sprinkler system. They not only repaired the wire, they also raised and tuned the sprinkler heads throughout my entire yard. Their service was definitely superior, and I will certainly be calling them again in the future.

Zach came out and quickly got to work on finding out what was wrong. He replaced the controller box. He explained what was wrong and patiently showed me how to set my new controller box.

Five months later, I had trouble with my sprinkler system again. Zach came out and discovered it was a faulty valve. He replaced it and showed me what was wrong. He spent well over an hour of his time, and put in a new valve. I was expecting to pay a lot, but he didn't charge me anything. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and hard work. Thank you! I am one satisfied customer!

Zack and Cole showed up early and got to work finding and repairing a leak that had caused my whole front garden bed to become a swamp! They quickly located the problem and patched the leak. I told them about a troublesome zone and after troubleshooting the valve, they determined the diaphragm was worn out and not performing correctly. They rebuilt the valve and tuned up the zone for me. They did a great job and charged exactly what they quoted me. Will use again for an upcoming project

This company is top notch. My calls were returned in a timely manner, they were knowledgeable and fairly priced. I do most of my own sprinkler system repairs, but do not have the equipment to locate system components. Zach located the value and provided detailed instructions about how to repair it. When I ran out of patience and time, they he returned to help me out. I would recommend this service provider again and agin.

Zach and his helper showed up at the agreed to time promptly. Since I was the new owner and did not have any drawings of the system, Zach proceeded to run through the system and figured out how it was set up and what problems it had. The work moved along very timely. Zach explained things to me about what they were finding and how they were going to correct them. Zach made a list of replacement parts he needed and left for the day. Zach showed back up the next morning promptly and started replacing parts. They replaced five new heads and adjusted heads that were not set correctly. They replaced 3 solenoids that were bad. Rechecked the system for proper operation and reprogrammed the controller. I now have confidence that the system will be working properly. Being in the Ft Worth, Tx Area we are under a once a week watering schedule. Thanks Zach.
