Window Service
Bill does a fabulous job but don't be in a hurry or get impatient if it doesn't happen when he says it will. He comes to measure and discuss the requirements. Have used him on two separate occassions in spite of the delays. He can be crochety. His sister who answers the phone is very sweet and does her best to goose him along.
