Architectural Service
I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR RESPONSIVENESS. I HAVE HAD TO DO ALL OF THE CALLING BACK TO FIND OUT ANY INFORMATION. HIS ONLY ASSISTANCE WAS TO TOSS OUT A FEW IDEAS OR POSSIBILITIES AND HE CALLED IN A CONTRACTOR TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. THE CONTRACTOR WAS A YOUNG LADY AND I HAD TO ASK HER FOR HER NAME, SHE DID NOT INTRODUCE HERSELF OR SHARE A LAST NAME, NOR DID SHE OFFER A HANDSHAKE. MY ONLY CONTACT WITH HER WAS THROUGH THE ARCHITECT. SHE HAS ALSO BEEN UNRESPONSIVE IN GETTING BACK TO ME WITH AN ESTIMATE. I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS SINCE THEY CAME OUT TO LOOK AT EVERYTHING.
