Overall it was good, they came out immediately and were fast. They were professional but was very pricey. I am not sure if I will use them again in the future just based on the price.

They sent a tech out who spent about 15 minutes before telling me I needed a whole new system which was about 12,000 dollars. This is for about 2000 sq ft. I had it fixed the next day (by someone else obviously) for 60.00. There was a burned wire.

They were extremely nice on the phone, they are quick and efficient.

We had a water heater that was going out, so we requested service from our homeowners policy. That didn't go very well so long story short, we proceeded to take matters into our own hands and call different companies to get bids. We looked at Angie's List for companies. We talked with a few and decided on Wilson Home Services. The technician, Chad, was very punctual, explained things in detail and put in a brand new Rheem 50 gallon professional series electric water heater in our house within 2 1/2 hours. We are happy with the service of this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater. The process was fast, easy and Chad was nice to work with.

Everyone I dealt with were incredibly nice and helpful. From booking the appointments, Joel who provided the original quote and performed some of the work, to the other guys who also came out to service. Polite and thorough. Quick, easy, no stress. Thank you! Will definitely use again.

The overall experience was great. I got a call from the owner of the company within 10 minutes of sending the request who reached out to set up the appointment the following morning. The licensed professional called when in route with an ETA, showed up on time, assessed the issue and laid out all options for me right there on the spot. Although I wasn't happy about having to replace my water heater, to no fault of this companies own, Chad did an exceptional job handling the install of a new Rheem Professional Series 50 gal water heater and helped me with my problem. He cleaned up after his work, left it better than it was before. I would highly recommend not having to replace your water heater if you can avoid it, but if you can't, go with Wilson's Home Services!

My AC went out in the middle of the night, for what promised to be a 100 degree Texas summer day. They were so fast to respond that they were here & had me fixed before I even broke a sweat! Dan was awesome! I highly recommend! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us :)
