Whirlwind Cleaning Svc

They were unprofessional. The lady that they sent out lied about the form of payment that I used. I gave her cash and she told them that I used a check. I paid for three hours and they only cleaned for two and a half hours. The cleaning that they did wasn’t adequate. So, I complained to them. The lady told that they were going to send out someone else to come and clean for me which was like a complementary cleaning. When I called to verify, she said that I had to pay $45. So, I told her that it was a complementary cleaning, but she said that I paid only for two and a half hours. There was a miscommunication. It was horrible. They did a really good job when they came out the first time to clean and then it went down from there. It was just like an advertisement and they didn’t list their name. The normal price was $65. I wanted someone to clean the baseboards and stuff. They tried and worked with me on the price. I wouldn’t use their services again.
