We have a large dog and Whirlwind cleaned all of the paw prints and general soil and spots without a problem! Nice Job! We highly recommend Whirlwind!

My realtor set up this service to get our home ready to sell.
They were to do the carpet cleaning and then 2 hours of housecleaning (my wife ceaned most of the vacant home already).
I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning as they seemed to get most of the spots out the were left from 8 years of living in the house with 3 kids and a dog.
My issue was the housecleaning...
I arrived after the crew had left only to find that the countertops were still gritty, the sink basins still had soap scum at the bottom, the stair case was still dusty, the lights over the dining area were still dusty, the shelving in the closets and pantry were not wiped down, the fridge was not cleaned out, the bath tubs were barely touched, the floors were not swept, etc...
I don't know how I'm supposed to believe that the home is and quot;ready to selland quot;, but I do know that my wife and I had to spend the weekend cleaning just to meet our expectations of clean.
According to my realtor and the manager of this crew, the cleaning was and quot;acceptableand quot;, but is certainly was not to my standards.
The manager did refund 1 hours worth of time when I mentioned that I was not satisfied which is why I gave a higher mark for and quot;Responsivenessand quot; above. The manager told me that they simply did not have enough time to complete everything, but I never received a call while the crew was there to let me know that they were leaving the home incomplete.
If I were you, I would find another service to use or be extremely specific with the areas and detail that you expect from this crew.

"Please consider these facts when reading this review. The realtor set this appointment up on behalf of the client. I never spoke with the realtor's client until I was given his telephone number at the time for him to pay. When the realtor was setting up his appointment she explained to Mr. Ferguson that for a house of this size (3,000 sq ft) they should allow for a four hour cleaning to make sure his expectations were met. He declined the two person - four hour make ready detailed house cleaning service and said he only wanted to pay for a two person- two hour service. In his review he stated that his wife had cleaned the home prior to us arriving then he went on to state that it required he and his wife to clean "all weekend". It is obvious by this statement that they should have listened to their realtor. Their contradictory statements show that they did not understand what it took to clean the house properly ie...cleaning the light fixtures, refrigerator, three bath rooms etc. His expectations based on the time he paid for were unreasonable. This was an unfortunate circumstance so once he complained I asked if he wanted us to come back and clean the areas he said we missed for no additional charge or give him a refund of one hour. He opted for the refund. I feel that for him to have used the Angie's list forum to complain is unfair. If he had found me on Angie's list or the Yellow Pages as a direct hire then by all means this forum to voice his concerns are legitimate. But, to jump on and give our company a negative rating was not balanced. Thanks for your time!"
