I HAD $120,000 LOAN AT 7%. I REFINANCED WITH THEM AT 5.125%. THE FULL COST FOR REFINANCING WAS $900. AFTER FILLING OUT MY FORMS, IT TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS TO PROCESS. THEIR TIME LIMIT HAD EXPIRED BUT THEY HONORED THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT.
