I am so pleased with the service I received at Weatherly's Clock Works. David Barnett helped me, and he was so friendly! The work was finished quickly (less than 24 hours). Even though mine was a very small job, he took the time to explain what he did to get the clock running again.

Dave set the clock up and oiled it but it still wouldn't stay running. He came back and pick up the main part and took it to the shop and got it fixed and running. He returned the week later and installed it,got it running and taught me how to maintain it. Great job and very pleasant to work with. I have another clock I will take later to have it repaired. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

This is the second time Weatherly has repaired this clock. The first time, about two years ago, they serviced the clock that I had inherited in 2002 and that had not been running before that. They did an excellent job then and the clock has kept near perfect time.

About two weeks ago, I used too much muscle winding the clock and broke one of the striking springs. I took it in to Weatherly and was called the next day notifying me that the repairs had been completed. Another excellent job.

I inherited a Howard Miller mantle clock from my parents. The clock was purchased new in 1995. The clock had never been serviced, in fact it had been stored (not running) since 2002. In early 2013 I built a mantle, wound the clock, and placed it on the mantle. It functioned perfectly, but was running slow. I was going through the calibration procedure when the clock stopped running.
On 8 March 2013 I took the clock to Weatherly clock works in Fort Worth. The technician examined the clock, said that it was in good shape, and gave an estimate of $95 to service and repair the clock. The technician said that his backlog was a few weeks. I felt that the estimate was reasonable and left the clock.
On 5 April 2013 I received a call on my answering machine I was on vacation) saying that the clock was ready. I picked up the clock the next week. The repair charge was $95 plus tax as quoted. The clock has been functioning perfectly and keeping accurate time.
The personnel at Weatherly are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technician answered all of my questions and explained how to care for the clock. I intend to use Weatherly in the future for my watch and clock repair needs.

They came to the house and put in order our grandfather clock which was unhappy from being moved. It works perfectly. Then we took to their shop a small quartz clock on which the back had become stuck. They were able to repair it without breaking the back. Super nice and professional.
