Donnie was a great person to work with. He was very prompt, professional, and answered all my questions in detail. All we had to do is choose a color and he took care of the rest. The crew showed up promptly on the day scheduled for the job. The crew worked steady and was finished in an amazing amount of time. This was a very easy and painless experience. The roof looks very nice. I will absolutely keep Donnie's card and call him again if I ever new roof work done. I highly recommend this company.

Waters Roofing promptly set up an appointment to view my reroofing project that was damaged by hailstorms, the cost came in to where my insurance coverage covered the cost of all work and material. Waters Roofing worked with my schedule thay came out, got right to work and were finished, cleaned up and gone by the time I returned from my work. The only sign that they were ever on site was a new, clean roof.

Our home was damaged during a hail storm in April.  Our insurance company determined that we needed a new roof on our home and well house.  I found Waters Custom Roofing on Angies List.  When I called and talked to the owner, Donnie Waters, he was very helpful; he told me about his company and how the roofing job would be done.  We waited until June to do the work since the storms in our area were active throughout May. 
The work was done on time and as Donnie explained.   He was present at the job with his crew.  They did a really good job of clean up and the finished product looks great.  I would be happy to recommend this company to others.

We had Mr. Waters replace our roof several years ago and he and his crew did a wonderful job. We have an arbor attached to the roof and there were some signs of leaking into the outside soffit. I called and Donnie sent a man out the next day to look at it and repair the caulking. He would not take any money but said it was part of their warranty. It's a great service provider who will stand behind their work.

They came over and gave an estimate.  Worked with the insurance company and roof was completed in half a day.

Mr Waters explained the services his company would perform and then delivered with efficient and high quality work and completed the job in one day.

The process was very smooth. The representative from Waters Custom Roofing came to the house, with his ladder, and inspected the roof outside and then inside he looked for any leaks. He also, at no charge, replaced the loose shingles. After evaluation, he determined that I do not need to replace the roof at this time. When the time comes, I will definitely use Waters to replace my roof. The representative was knowledgeable and professional and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.
