Colter came out to consult on my putting green, and I can?t say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. He walked me through the entire process, offered creative ideas I hadn?t considered, and even managed to expand the green larger than I thought we had room for. His crew did an incredible job?super meticulous and focused on making sure the putting surface was perfectly smooth. On top of that, Waterloo was very cost-effective while still delivering top-tier turf quality. What really stood out, though, was the above-and-beyond service. I casually mentioned how I hated the slope in my side yard along the fence, and without even being asked, Colter and his team leveled it out using extra material. Completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. Unreal customer service and top-notch results. If you're considering a putting green, I highly recommend Waterloo.
