MR. HOUP DISCUSSED WITH US WHAT WE WANTED IN A HOUSE AND DREW UP PLANS FROM SCRATCH. HE IS VERY CREATIVE AND MADE MANY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE IDEAS WE HAD. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTING HOUSE PLANS. HE TOOK FAIRLY VAGUE IDEAS AND FORMED THEM INTO A UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL HOUSE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THE COSTS OF VARIOUS OPTIONS.
