Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They were suppose to do Asphalt shingle roofing and metal roof. After receiving insurance approval for repairs, they prematurely removed all shingles before a full replacement inspection. They than used the funds allocated for a separate patio cover and costs of their mistake, leaving me with incomplete work. I hope sharing this prevents others from facing a similar situation.

Cameron came out the next day after talking to them on the phone about my emergency roof repair. Very nice, courteous and professional when talking to him about our roofing concerns. Quoted us on the roof and everything and gave a very reasonable price for our price range and did the job the same day. Veteran Brothers was one of the companies recommended to me by Angie's/Home Advisor. I'm glad I picked them and would highly recommend them to anyone that has an emergency roofing repair that needs to be done.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Cameron worked with me and my insurance to take care of our storm damage entirely, not just the roof. There was an initial delay with material delivery, but that seems to be par for the course given the global pandemic. After the work was completed, another major storm blew in and pulled down some of the siding the crew had recently replaced. Veteran brothers returned after the weather cleared up enough and made the needed repairs without question or additional charge.

He came and fixed my roofing at no cost. He put a tarp on it and they fixed it. It was really good. He submitted photos to my insurance company. Everything was fine and it was all good.

Metal Roofing Repair
I originally called Vet Bros to get a quote on a repair job I requested via homeadvisor, Cameron showed up to inspect the issue and had found the source of the problem but informed me that my roof was due for a replacement due to multiple hail events that affected my area and he was able to coordinate with my insurance company and get the whole thing paid for plus more items like my siding, window scenes, and gutters. Highly recommended!

After having contractor after contractor tell me that my roof needed to be replaced I finally found an honest contractor that was able to give me a thorough report on the condition of my roof with photos and an explanation on the cause of my leak. From the time of the inspection to the the time I paid them was 5 day,; very reliable and awesome at communicating. Great Company. thumbs up from me!

This is my second time working with Cameron from VBR&R, and nothings changed. Always answers my calls, and shows up at the time he gives me. Received a detailed report of the damage done to my home during the past hail storm within 2 hours of his inspection. He called my insurance company and scheduled the meeting with the adjuster. I did not even lift a finger. Looking forward to working with this company in the future.
