After dropping off, I got a call that the furniture pads were not in the truck. I had originally asked for 12, but turned three back into the pickup location. I returned the rest to the clerk and he stated there would be  no charge for this. I got a bill for not only the furniture pad, but also "damage" to the trailer. There was NO damage to the trailer when I picked it up or dropped it off. I took pictures of it when I dropped it off to ensure there were no problems. The trailer was empty and was in the same shape in which I had picked it up. Calls to the location have not resulted in any response to the bills for the furniture pads or "damage". I probably should have recorded my conversations with the uhaul personnel on site, but who expects to have to go through all this. My advice, don't use these guys!
I will have to take them to court on this one. Really glad I took the pictures!

UPDATE: I finally got them to take care of the fradulent charges they had sent me. In the past two weeks, I got multiple calls on my cell phone "reminding" me that if I did not pay the bill, I would be in trouble. I guess this is the UHAUL method. Even when there is no evidence or reporting (as I was told) of damage. The manager gets credit for correcting their error. Thank GOD I took pictures. I would suggest that  you not trust this facility and take pics before and after to cover yourself.
