Our system finally went out and I think the first time we had used him, was probably 8 or 9 year ago and he still had us in his memory bank, he remembered us. Evidently there's also teaching for other sprinkler guys so he's been in business for a long time and extremely honest. I would definitely recommend him for anybody that needs repair or a total installation. It could have been 70 dollars more but he said he'd just do the one hour installation but it actually took him two. I was anticipating to pay him for that extra hour but he said it wasn't necessary. When he came out to install the rain gauge, he was supposed to charge an hourly rate but he just charged us for the half hour and I thought that was pretty cool.

The service went great. They charge by the hour, but reasonable.

Greg Mitchell was referred to me by a long time friend that is a retired builder that has used this company for years. Also, my landscaper said he had referred to this company for years before he even met the owner because of the quality of the work. I was told that Greg teaches irrigation at UTA, he repairs, but does not install new systems.
