 + -1 moreI was very happy with Tri-Cities. Please note that the technician that did the repair is a family friend who works for Tri-Cities. He assured me that i would have gotten the same level of service from any of their other repair technicians.
Description of Work: We had a Freon leak in our A/C that required repair. Tri-Cities performed a leak check and could not find the leak on the coil side or on the compressor side. Tri-Cities concluded that the leak was probably due to a nail puncturing one of the copper lines in our wall (which happened during installation of built-in bookcases). Tearing out the bookcases to repair the line was not an option. Installation of new lines was an option but would be expensive. Tri-cities suggested that we try a leak stop product before doing a more expensive repair. They injected the leak stop into the system and added Freon. The unit has been cooling for more than a year with no additional problems.
