Appliance Repair
WE I CALLED THE COMPANY REGARDING THE PARTS, THE CLERK ASKED FOR THE SERIAL NUMBERS FOR THE REFRIGERATORS SO SHE COULD HELP ME LOCATE THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR. ONCE LOCATED SHE HELPED ME WITH PAYMENT OPTIONS AND DELIVERY OPTIONS. SHE ALSO GAVE ME THE FAX NUMBER TO SEND OVER THE TAX ID NUMBER AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UPON COMPLETION OF THE ORDER.
