Duane has been doing our HVAC work for 14+ years. Over the years Duane and his team have provided excellent service and replaced all our AC units, installed radiant barrier, added attic insulation and installed extra soffit vents. Response time and service have been awesome across fixing all our AC and heating problems. Highly recommended

This is the second time I have used Dwayne (Tradesman of Texas) for home efficiency improvements.  As I experienced the first time, this visit (completed over a 2-day period) was about all you could ask for as a consumer.  His pricing was extremely competitive, he and the crew are professional, polite, and punctual.   The workmanship as above average and I am espectially happy with how well they finish up the project (attention to the finer details, clean-up of the work-site, etc.)   I wouldn't hesitate them for appropriate services.

My wife was interviewing many different HVAC companies. Our 10 year old Heat Pump was shot about 6 months ago and we had actually gone to using AC Window units and Heaters for the winter. During the process we had arrogant salesman ( I am a Engineer myself and had already taken the old units apart and fixed it a few times so my knowledge of the mechanical aspects of the system was very detailed.) Some of the salesmen tried to come in with the  "it is just another ignorant female homeowner" and then they get there I have all there product information already printed out and my system apart so they could see what we were working with. This caused a few of the Salesmen to seem like a deer in there headlights. We had some Salesmen come in offering the same equipment others where offering for half the price. So it seemed like I knew more about there equipment than they did. But Mr. Duane Fisher, Owner, Engineer, Installer, & Salesman came in and was straight up with us. He explained that unlike these other companies who will send random workers that he would be Installer. Well this has its downfalls and upsides. Downside, if he goes under I am out an HVAC guy but still have the Manufacturer warranty or if things continue as I hope for Mr. Fisher his business will continue to do well. Mr. Fisher can in on a Sunday AM. He said he would be there at around 7:30AM - 8:00AM but when my wife woke up at 6:45AM he was already sitting in front of our home! We let him and his assistant in and they got right to work. Coming from a family of blue collar workers, carpenters, electricians, and like my Grandfather who only had a 4th grade education, he could not do math for you but if gave him the dementions he could tell you how many pieces of lumber, what size, and was one of the hardest working men I even have met. Mr. Fisher reminded me also of that sort of "old school", do it all worker. But Mr. Fisher, out of 10 companies was the 2nd lowest. I was so impressed at his work ethic that few hundred dollars extra was well worth it. I like working with Small Business's especially guys that are like Mr. Fisher. If you need a partial replacement, full replacement, or just a Service Call Mr. Fisher will go out of his way to take care of you. I HIGHLY recommend him and he self ran company.

Duane arrived right on schedule. He and his worker did a great job, they were professional and the area was clean when they left. He provided an estimate and time schedule and delivered on both items. I would definitely hire him again.

Duane comes out from Fort Worth to service our AC and heating every six months. He is very friendly, punctual and professional. He leaves a detailed list of tasks performed and the cost for each. He has been doing this for us for three years now. He will tell you what needs to be done/replaced, without pressure to sell. When we moved into our house (about 25 years old) he also applied our radiant barrier and added extra insulation. He did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. I remember getting three or four companies to quote for the radiant barrier and we were able to chat to him and get honest answers to all the differences between the different quotes.

Duane Fisher - owner - came over on a Saturday and gave us an estimate for the work we requested. They showed up on time on the day we scheduled. On the first day they put in all the new duct work and were called away for an A/C emergency. They came back the next day and completed the brand new plenum from the furnace to the attic. They ran into problems and had to get more parts to finish that job. While they waited for the new parts they started the attic insulation installation. When the parts got to our house they completed the installation of the new plenum. They were very nice and pleasant to work with.
