The oil/filter change used a better grade of oil than NTB and was cheaper than NTB's special price and much cheaper than their regular price.
7 months ago Total Car Care did a complete A/C replace, repair and recharge for about $700 less than NTB quoted/estimated. The work was done well, courteously and in the time frame promised and less than the estimated cost. The manager and employees struck me as honest, professional and capable. This shop is now the first place I go to for work on both of our vehicles.
