They replaced the old unit and had the new one installed the same day. When we walked in that evening our house was very cool. Taught us how to use the thermostat and helped set up app on cell phone in order to be able to control settings. Came back the next day to finish up. They did a excellant job, very informative, extremely pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend using this company.
