Tom is an exceptional contractor. He specializes in older homes and knows how to keep to the integrity of the period.
He's not the cheapest contractor but for the price, which is quite reasonable, he's the BEST. He enjoys a good relationship with the inspectors around town and gets permits.
As an aside, he's a Mason. Being somewhat naive I've been ripped off by a bunch of different people but in my view, Masons
