The work crew showed up on time with a scrap truck that backed into the driveway; crew tossed old shingles into the truck bed so nothing fell into the flower beds. The roofing and sky-lite was replaced all in one day, with exception to the vent-ridge that was an oversight and a crew came by a few days later to install. Somehow there was a mix-up with the sky-lite order and the replacement was not available on the day of installation so Scott absorbed the additional cost for a complete unit not just a replacement cover. An inspection of the roof also revealed that flashing and grout at the chimney compromised the brickwork so crews fixed the grout and flashing before shingles were laid. Tip Top Roofing was fast, neat, and trustworthy. Overall, we're satisfied with the result and the crew did a tidy job without leaving a big mess.
