Originally he quoted a price that changed based on the work, if i liked it, it was cheaper as i complained about the quality of the work the price increased. Tim guy said in order to take the job i would have to leave him a deposit of 2800 to buy the tile and drywall material. first time i ever used a contractor as a first time homeowner i didnt know any better so i cut the guy a check for that amount. I also provided him 2 pieces of tile to match the color of the current tile. The pictures i uploaded show the results, total disaster. His crew was late only worked about 4hrs hours per day, were unprepaired took too many trips to home depot and long lunches. Workwise not any better they cut the pieces of tile i gave Tim and use them to repair the damaged tile instead of buying new tile with the deposit i had given upfront for the material and redoing everyting as it was discussed prior to starting the job. the tile was poorly cut and poorly aligned, and different material was used as grout - seemed like caulk instead of regular grout. His crew replaced the damaged dry wall and left a mess did not cover the windows or outlets or floor - damaged the floor tile, outlet and a window they also left the mess in my front yard floors etc... The drywall cracked within a mth after being installed. Tim charged for mold resistant material which was not visible and was never able to provide receipts for this or even explain what this material was. Since the tile was not fixed correctly not only does it look 10x worst than it was before but water still leaks into the walls and mold build up again(over the "mold resistant " material he supposedly used. and charged for) ..Tim refused to give a refund or provide receipts for the material he suppposely bought nor did he give back the money left from the estimate. My biggest mistake was trusting this person and allowing him to take the money upfront, and not to mention his lack of professionalism. this was my first time hiring a contractor and it was also Worst experience I would not hire or recommend his services - contractor has different companies he works under, DOMOR, LLC NRH Holdings, LLC Hutson RE, Inc. 9005 CEDAR BLUFFS DR NORTH RICHLAND HILLS TX 76182-4376
